Paul has delivered courses at the School of Artisan Food, River Cottage, Food Centre Wales and Food Technology Centre, Llangefni as well as lecturing on a post-graduate milk processing course at Harper Adams University. He has delivered training courses to Food enforcement officers on behalf of the UK competent authority (Food Standards Agency and Food Standards Scotland) and has presented training webinars on behalf of Dairy Australia.
